EASM (Enterprise Applications & Systems Management) is an AI-enabled software development company in Karachi. We build software to order, and we build and run our own product line on EASM One, our infrastructure, for universities, hospitals and enterprises in Pakistan, with the Gulf next.
Why we built EASM
Universities and hospitals in Pakistan already own good systems. The student record, the admissions CRM, the phone exchange and the policy library all exist. What they lack is a way for people to use them without waiting in a queue or knowing whom to ask.
We saw applicants give up at midnight because nobody answered, and staff spend their day repeating the same answer. The information was there. The interface was not.
So we build that interface, and the software around it. Our products run on EASM One, the infrastructure we built to sit on top of what an institution already owns, and we build custom software for the work our products do not cover. We start with one department, prove the value in numbers leadership trusts, and expand from there.
